- We are looking for college students who like to work with kids to help today’s girls become tomorrow’s strong women leaders to volunteer with a specific troop on a recurring basis. We have many different age levels and many troops meet in Williamstown and North Adams, accessible to students by foot or free bus, mostly weekdays, late afternoon every other week. You will be walked through a brief application process and trained to work with the girls and paired with a set of adult leaders to assist them with managing a troop.
- We are looking for college students who like to work with kids to help today’s girls become tomorrow’s strong women leaders to volunteer in one-time projects, like a large program for the girls.
- Winter Study coincides with the Girl Scout cookie program, and we are looking for volunteers who like cookies and want to work with girls on the financial literacy aspect of selling cookies during this time period.
Students don’t have to have been a Girl Scout – or even be a girl! Giving girls strong male role models is important, too. We have staff dedicated to training and supporting our volunteers so that they are rewarded by the experience as much as the girls are.
