After School Kids (ASK) Staff 

Pine Cobble School is hiring After-School Kids (ASK) staff for the 2024-2025 school year. Williams students are encouraged to apply to be part of the after-school programs. These programs provide sports and homework help for students in grades 4-8 and indoor/outdoor play and activities for younger children in grades prek-3. The hours are from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and it is a weekly commitment throughout the semester.

Job Summary
Pine Cobble School seeks staff for the After School Kids (ASK) program for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a flexible 12.5-hour-per-week position and 40-hour-per-week during school vacations. We welcome college students who have any availability during the week, which could be 1-2x a week or up to 5x a week. We are also looking for applicants who would be willing to be on call as after-school substitutes.

  • Supervise children at all times and update attendance as children arrive and depart
  • Ensure a positive learning environment

  • Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment
  • Possess good communication skills and professionally interact with parents
  • Have the ability to be creative and flexible and create activities in the spur of the moment or on rainy days

Qualification Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience preferred
