Partnerships

Learning in Action programs partner with local, regional, national and international entities.

Local partnerships include the local elementary schools through Elementary Outreach. The college supports Mt. Greylock regional school through The Williams Center at Mt. Greylock Regional Middle and High School. We also partner with the Berkshire Community Action Council in North Adams in our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.

Regionally, we partner with the Berkshire Farm Center in tutoring at-risk youth attending the organization’s residential treatment program. We also partner with many New York City schools in the Class of 1959 Teach New York Winter Study Program.

We partner with national organizations such as Common Ground, Habitat for Humanity, and Amnesty International in our winter study service learning courses, Spring Break trips and advocacy work.

We also partner with international organizations such as the Economic Policy Research Institute  (Cape Town, South Africa) for our Williams in Africa study away programming.
